During his Investment Banking career Michael Simmons gained hands-on experience of day-to-day management responsibility for many operational areas. About 10 years ago Michael started to specialise in delivering trainings and has run courses in the UK, US, Japan, India, Dubai and The Netherlands.
Michael Simmons is author of the books “Securities Operations, a Guide to Trade and Position Management”, and “Corporate Actions; a Guide to Securities Event Management”.
