Business Analyst Datawarehouse

• Translating the market demands and customer needs into pragmatic requirements
• Challenging the business members with regards to business
• Driver of requests
• Guarding the business analysis process and according level of documentation
• Developing and managing use case models and supporting specifications
• Guarding the change and release management process
• Supporting floor specialists in complex requests
• Participating in the review of designs produced by floor specialists, i.e. are designs SAS70-compliant
• Assisting the information analysts
• Providing clarifications
• Support the test team during test scenario derivation and testing processes
• Assisting users in UAT-period
• Follow-up on issues

• You have a background in Finance, preferably Asset Management or a University degree or equivalent level
• You have approximately 5 years working experience in financial markets and analysis / business control
• You have experience in business and information analysis and design, preferably in the domain of data management
• You have excellent written and spoken skills in English and Dutch
• You have good experience in using applications such as Toad for Oracle Unix and MS Visio
• You are a strong communicator and you have bridge-building capacities
• You have excellent analytical skills, being able to think in terms of problems versus solutions and you are accurate, with eye for detail and mentality of meeting deadlines
• You are able to switch gears in terms of detail versus helicopter view and you have the ability to prioritize and self manage time and tasks
• You are being able to switch gears with regard to role (data warehouse – IT and data warehouse – business)
