After completing the application procedure successfully, you will either be offered a contract with our client or you will be contracted through Total Solutions. This depends on budget or whether it is a temporary assignment or not.
When you are contracted through Total Solutions, we will pay your salary, or, if you are a Freelancer, you can invoice us for the hours worked.
A lot of our employees with Total Solutions on a long-term basis because we not only deliver recruitment and contracting services but we also provide training and coaching. From the moment that you have been working with us for a year, there is the possibility to jointly look for personal development opportunities.
Even though you may be working on an assignment for one of our Clients, you are still one of our colleagues and our Consultants are always available to assist you and answer any questions that you might have.
Should you be hired permanently by one of our clients, then we still like to remain in contact.
Twice a year we organize a network drink for clients, employees, freelancers and people we work(ed) with. It is an informal way to stay on top of your network and to find out what your peers in other financial institutions are doing.
