Robi has previously had several roles in Investment Banking with ABN Amro in Amsterdam and Frankfurt and furthermore as Treasurer with exchange listed companies. He has built up impressive banking experience in sales, risk, trading, management, operations, finance and project management. He was one of the founders of the Dutch Associations of Corporate Treasurers. His challenge is to solve the ‘question behind the question’.

Nora has over 15 years experience in the Financial Markets. She worked for ABN Amro and F&C investment in operations and various trading roles in Amsterdam, Tokyo and London. Through her varied work experience she has built up an extensive knowledge of the securities business from front to back office. In 2002 Nora joined Total Solutions. She has been closely involved in the reorganization of departments, change management, setting up departments and other resource issues within the financial markets. Furthermore she is a certified coach, specialized in Executive and Operational Coaching.

Waheba Batou started in 2005 at Total Solutions. In 1998 she began her adventure in operations at Euronext. Following this, she gained more experience in working with back-middle offices processes within private banking. Through her experience, knowledge of processes and interest in working with people she can make the perfect match between client and candidate.

Nienke has over more than 10 years management experience in different roles. She worked at ABN Amro and ING Investment Management within operations.
She has an excellent knowledge of the products and processes within a back office environment. Nienke is a people manager and certified coach specialized in guiding people who go through changes in their life.

Eddy has over 14 years of experience in recruiting for finance roles with large corporations and financial institutions and specialised on strategic interim management roles as a recruiter. With his experience he will find bespoke solutions for strategic problems, from project managers for a migration project to financial specialists for the composition of management reports.

Chris has 15 years Financial Services recruitment experience. Specialising in the Cross-Border recruitment of Investment Banking and Fund/Asset Management staff in both the UK and mainland Europe, he has worked for many of the leading names in the Banking industry. He provides both Temporary/Contract resources as well as Permanent candidates for both Middle Office/Operational roles. Besides that, he has assisted with staffing for many projects in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. Having started his career in a FTSE 100 company, Chris then worked for smaller private recruitment firms as both a Manager of a division of 8 people and as a Director, before joining Total Solutions to continue the expansion of the companys' service provision in both the UK and Mainland European finance centres.

Peggy started at Total Solutions in October 2011. She has an international background and many years of experience in Sales. Her motivation and vibrant character makes her a good discussion partner. Inge joined the team of Total Solutions shortly after the start and brought 15 years of business project management with her. She is responsible for the development and customization of open and in-house training courses. With her solid market knowledge and input to our Consultants and clients, we have developed new training solutions that are constantly ahead of the curve for the markets requirements and have provided in house solutions for our clients.

After 11 years in telecommunication and 8 years in confectionary, she joined Total Solutions. In her former positions she was responsible for procurement, planning and she gave training sessions on a regular basis. Together with Inge van Hunnik, Inge is responsible for the high quality training solutions that Total Solutions is known to stand for.

Yvonne has worked at Total Solutions since February 2010 and brings 20 years of experience in administration with her, of which 10 years were in securities administration. Yvonne is responsible for the project administration within our finance department. She is our contact for employees and freelancers when it comes to timesheets and salary administration.

Helga Verwey joined the Total Solutions team in September 2011, after working at one of the largest Dutch banks in several financial positions for 25 years. Helga works within our financial department and is responsible for the financial administration of Total Solutions.
