All our employees have access to the knowledge network of Total Solutions. We have ongoing contact with our employees during their assignments and it is possible to develop a training program for them if extended or expanded knowledge is required. This way your temporary staff are able to provide you with a solution for issues or problems outside their own field of expertise.

As soon as we find a suitable job for them, we hire those specialists on our Clients behalf. By using this method, Total Solutions has the freedom to suggest the most suitable candidate for every job.
We work with 2 different contracts:
Temporary contracts / pay rolling
With this type of contract you are directly employed by Total Solutions for the duration of the assignment. You receive a monthly fixed salary and build up holiday allowance in order to make sure that you have the right paid holidays. On top of your base salary, Totals Solutions pays a contribution to your pension. Your travel expenses will be recompensed based on second class public transport subscription. You are employed by Total solutions and temporarily working at the assignment for one of our clients: the perfect combination for someone who does not want to be self-employed.
Some jobs also provide the possibility of being changed into a contract at our clients at a later date. This way of working enables you to see if the job and the company really are a good fit for you. We often know at the start of the assignment whether there is the possibility for a permanent position at a later stage.
For temporary roles we also work with freelancers. We use a consultancy contract for the duration of the assignment. On a monthly basis, Total Solutions will reimburse worked hours. A freelancer is registered at the Chamber of Commerce and holds a valid VAR statement. At Total Solutions, you don’t have to send us your invoices. We will send you a monthly purchase document with the hours you have worked. Without further notice, the amount will be paid within the agreed terms. This way of contracting makes it for you as a freelancer easier to work for us.
