The DFSA allows Authorised Firms to outsource their Compliance Function. This is especially attractive for Firms where the amount of work does not justify a full-time in-house qualified Compliance Officer or where firms have difficulties fulfilling a vacancy. Outsourcing of the compliance function means that one of our Compliance Consultants will be registered as Authorised Individual with the DFSA for your Financial Institution. During the tenor of the contract signed with the client, our Compliance Officer will carry out the full range of compliance services as you would expect from an in-house Compliance Officer.
