In the past few months, Eddy Marques (Senior Consultant) and Päivi
Sonninen (Consultant / Marketing) have found their places within the
Total Solutions team in Amsterdam. Both experienced professionals with
knowledge of financial markets and / or consulting. Eddy has 13 years of experience in recruitment in finance and has worked for large financial institutions like banks and insurance companies. The roles he has filled ranged from strategic interim management positions to finance specialists. Before joining Total Solutions, Eddy acted as a Manager Corporate Recruiter for a large organization. "It is a continuous challenge to think strategically along with our clients and to offer them best practice solutions. I take this challenge whether it is project managers for a large migration project or financial specialists for the creation of management reports. Total Solutions has proven its added value over the past 10 years. I want to proof this added value to our clients."  Päivi has worked 12 years in the dealing room of the ABN AMRO Bank. Within the Fixed Income Research team she was responsible for parts of the research and coordinated a large number of publications. Additionally, she maintained contacts with stakeholders. At Total Solutions Päivi is jointly responsible for developing training courses and she coordinates all of Total Solutions publications. "Total Solutions is a very customer oriented company.
